First, we'll need your name, contact email and contact phone number.

Then, the earliest you'd be able to start, the minimum wage per hour required to accept a role with us, and how many hours per week you'd be happiest working.

Next, we ask a few things to understand your background, including where you'd prefer to work, a bit about your small-business employment history, and any experience you have with tropical or desert houseplants. Spoiler alert: you don't need to be a horticulturalist.

Finally, we'll give you the chance to stand out and share your availability. Some of our best team members had effectively no "career" before OG, while others had several, so we don't ask for a resume up front.
